Standard PVC Banner
· Banners in general are a cheap option for advertising that can be re-used or discard if a marketing campaign is over. This material will end in landfills and won’t be recycled.
· Non Biodegradable. Doesn’t degrade in landfills.
· Made of PVC which contains toxic chemicals. PVC is a polymer that is a derivative of petroleum.

The Material

· 80% of the product is made with non-petroleum derivates.
· Contents are non-toxic.
· This product is composed of starch and vegetable oil; organic materials that are 100% biodegradable.
· Comes in rolls up to 50m long. It’s width vary from 1.37m to 5m.
· Cost per M2 is $55.00 (IBS price).

Product properties
· Fade, tear, oil and fungus resistant.
· Can be used in interior and external environments.
· Can be heat welded.
· Compatible with UV, solvent and ecosolvent inks and screen printers.

Environmental Benefits of BIOflex

· When buried in landfill conditions (moisture, high heat, lack of light and air) it starts to break down. This process will begin 90 days after these conditions are met and will take between 3-5 years to completely disappear.
